OIL PAINTINGS

FAQ

Here’re some frequently asked questions about oil paintings for your reference, which might be helpful for you to know more about us and our products before reaching out.

Our oil paintings are guaranteed to be 100% hand-painted on canvas by skilled artists, ensuring each piece is unique and crafted with meticulous attention to detail. We encourage you to carefully examine each oil painting when it arrives at your door, so you can clearly see the brushstrokes, textures, and shading that cannot be replicated by machines.

We DO NOT have a minimum order quantity for oil paintings. Whether you’re an individual seeking a single piece for personal use, or an artist, gallery owner, or other business owner (e.g., supermarket, gift shop, or seller on E-commerce platforms like Amazon or eBay) in need of a larger batch for commercial use, we can accommodate your order. For bulk orders, we offer special pricing options.

Absolutely! Since all of our oil paintings are hand-painted, they are highly flexible. This means that, with the exception of violent or inhumane content, we can recreate virtually any image into an oil painting. From size to color to orientation to subject matter, every aspect is customizable.

To place a custom order, simply reach out to us with your ideas or reference images. You can specify the size, color scheme, subject matter, and any other details you want incorporated. Our team will collaborate with you throughout the process to ensure the final piece meets your exact requirements.

Due to the large number of oil paintings in our catalog, we are unable to upload all of them to the website. Additionally, uploading too many images could overwhelm customers and make the selection process more difficult.

If you’d like to browse our catalog directly, please contact us with your email address and specific requirements (the more detailed, the better). We’ll send you the corresponding images that match your preferences, helping you find the perfect painting for your needs.

For retail replica orders, the completion time depends on the complexity and size of the artwork. On average, our paintings take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete.

For retail custom orders, the process typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, size, and any specific adjustments required. We will provide an estimated timeline when you submit your custom request and keep you updated throughout the process.

For wholesale orders with large quantities, the timeline may extend depending on the order volume and the complexity of the artwork.

For large-sized paintings, we recommend ordering the canvas without a frame to help reduce shipping costs. We will carefully roll the painting and ship it to you in a protective tube, and we’ll leave extra canvas around the edges. This allows you to have the painting framed locally, which significantly lowers shipping fees.

For medium and small-sized paintings, we offer the option of either framed or unframed, depending on your preference.

Quality standards for oil paintings can vary widely depending on individual preferences, and we understand that this is a highly subjective area.

For individual customers, we generally default to a “Museum Quality” standard for pricing and production. Once the initial draft is completed, we send a photo to the customer for approval. If any revisions are requested, we will make the necessary changes and continue adjusting until the customer is fully satisfied with the result before shipping.

For wholesale clients, we offer both “Commercial Quality” and “Museum Quality” options, with different pricing tiers. After confirming the price, we will first create a sample painting for the client’s approval. Once the sample is approved, we proceed with the production of the remaining pieces.

Please note that all of our oil paintings are hand-painted and unique, meaning NO two pieces will be exactly identical.

Additionally, as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” If you have very high standards for the details and colors of the artwork, we highly recommend sharing your specific requirements with us before receiving a quote, so we can tailor the pricing and production process to meet your expectations.
